Challenge begins On the 8th of September and ends on the 12th of September 2017.
Day 1 - Warrior two
Stretches and strengthens the legs and ankles. Powerful stretch for the legs,groin and chest. Tones the tummy, strengthens ankles and arches of the feet. Brilliant for increasing stamina and concentration. Keep shoulders above the hips and arms parallel to the floor.
Day 2 - Humble warrior / devotional warrior
Stretches the chest, shoulders and neck. Tones the tummy. Opens the hips and lungs. Strengthens the arms and back muscles. Stimulates the abdominal organs.
Day 3 - Reverse warrior
Strengthens and stretches the legs, groins, hips and sides of the body and waist. Builds strength in the thighs, shoulders and arms. Try not to lean back but lift up and out of the waist, and keep the deep bend in the front leg.
Day 4 - Warrior 1
Strengthens the legs, encourages opening of the back hip. Tones the abdomen so make sure you suck in your tummy. Stretches and strengthens the shoulders .. if they are tight, separate your hands. Keep bending low into the front leg.
Day 5 - Warrior 3
Fantastic for improving balance and posture. Strengthens the shoulders ,hamstrings, calves, ankles and back. Tones the tummy. Great cardiovascular boost! Don't forget to breathe.
