Hot chocolate hardly needs a recipe. Adjust the sweetness to taste, add more of what you like and leave out what you don’t. Experiment by adding a pinch of chilli or a few cardamom pods.  Try variations of rice or almond milk. The thing here is, your hot chocolate will only be as good as your star ingredient. As much as possible choose the best quality, organic, low heat processed cacao powder you can afford.
