I am a qualified pharmacist and reflexologist and have always been interested in health and the body. My progression into teaching yoga is one of the most rewarding things I have done, and I am so grateful to be able to bring the knowledge and experience of yoga to so many people!äó?Œæ

AshtangaŒæis a challenging practice with the same set sequence ideally practiced 6 days a week. Each posture is held for 5 breaths with a 'vinyasa' or 'movement with breath' between the postures. It is excellent for building strength and flexibility, and allows you to eventually practice in a moving meditative way.
Available in either a private class or group class, 1 hour per session.
