Skinnies with a skirt was designed as an answer to the calls for a way to switch between studio and street with ease.   While practicing yoga or at the gym, you can pull the SKIRT into a BAND around the hips and when you are walking around town you can COVER UP by pulling the waist band down to resemble a SKIRT.

These Pants are still perfect to work out in,  and have no elastic bands digging into the waist and hips and thus pure comfort and support is still achieved. They are a tight fit all the way to the ankle.
